WP3 - Pre-production of Feature Film

Description:
The pre-production activity, scheduled for M2 and M3 months, envisages the technical, legal and process set-up to enable the starting of the workshop and of the shooting and production activities.

Activities

• Detailed budget allocation for production
• Identification of the structure and of the most appropriate technological requirements (i.e. smartphone, app, server)
• Definition of the shooting technical requirements and procedures
• Definition of the video backstage equipments and hardware (video archiving, audio and video postproduction, compositing and finalizing).
• Definition of the program of the workshop on visual literacy;
• Selection of the UASRC participants in cooperation with AccoglieRete: a team from 8 to 12 members covering different age, gender and countries of origin groups;
• Definition of the narrative guidelines
• Production staff contracting
• Privacy statements and any required legal waivers
• Shooting scheduling
